One of the great features of the Fitness Focus website is the members area to post specials and promos, only available to members. If you don't have your username and password send me an email and I'll get it back to you in a few hours garret@fitnessfocus.ca. You can also fill out the pre made contact box, that comes straight to me as well. This month's gratuities include your choice of free stuff from the juice bar, tanning, or apparel. we hope to hear from you soon.
