Class Descriptions

Ideal for beginner students wishing to learn the foundations of yoga, while building strength and flexibility. Also great for intermediate students wanting to refine their practice, while gaining a greater understanding of their body through breath and movement meditation using gentle pose alignment to deepen their practice.
45 min of a variety of intense spin drills combined with a mix of conditioning exercises.
A class developed to challenge and strengthen your core. Various exercises for your abs and lower back.
Power 30 - Get your lunch break fix with this intense 30 minute class.
Power 45 - A great class that includes cardio, toning, strength, and plyometric base moves.
Warm Up for 3 – 5 minutes. Then 4 minute DRILLS of 20 seconds WORK, versus 10 seconds REST (A Combination of high & low intensity drills) Then 3 – 5 minutes COOL DOWN/STRETCH

Party with this fusion of Latin & International music that creates a dynamic, exciting, & effective fitness / dance class.
Total Resistance eXercise. Suspension training that involves working in a suspended position against gravity for strength and muscle conditioning.
Boot Camp is a revolutionary fitness class which incorporates only the most exciting and exhilarating workouts. In Weekend Warriors, our drill sergeants will whip you into shape in the most fun way possible.

Frequently Asked Questions

Are Group Classes too Intense for Me?
Classes are meant to add structure, guidance and flow to your workout. Every workout should challenge you, but it should always be at your own pace; your instructor will motivate, and help you through it every step of the way.

What Do I Need to Participate?
  • Always wear athletic shoes
  • Yoga mats are available to borrow if you don‘t have your own
  • A bottle of water is always a good idea
  • Sweat towels are available in the studio or grab one at the front desk

Are Fitness Classes Co-ed?
YES! Women and men can attend any of the Fitness Classes. From strength and function to cardio conditioning classes, everyone can benefit from Group Fitness.
