Class Descriptions

High Intensity Interval Training sessions are commonly called HIIT workouts. This type of training involves repeated bouts of high intensity effort followed by varied recovery times.

Power 45 - A great class that includes cardio, toning, strength, and plyometric base moves.
Warm Up for 3 – 5 minutes. Then 4 minute DRILLS of 20 seconds WORK, versus 10 seconds REST (A Combination of high & low intensity drills) Then 3 – 5 minutes COOL DOWN/STRETCH
Fun, high energy class that uses a variety of equipment to achieve a fast and effective workout. Super set your way to a toned & trimmed body.
Total Resistance eXercise. Suspension training that involves working in a suspended position against gravity for strength and muscle conditioning.
Are you bored of the same old gym routine? Do you want to get in better shape? Then take the next step with your fitness goals! Weekend Warriors go through a high-intensity interval workout, combining functional fitness, cardiovascular and compound exercises.
45 minutes focusing on firming, lifting and building strong glutes from every angle.
A slower practice where poses are passively held for longer, working on the deep, dense (Yin) connective tissues and joints in the body. Yang Yoga, in contrast, refers to a more active practice working on the (Yang) muscles and blood flow, building strength, stamina and flexibility. Yang styles of yoga are those with rhythm and repetition like Vinyasa Flow.
High energy spin intervals in combination with the instructor’s choice of core/abs/weights.
A low impact, low intensity workout that will tone your muscles, increase your range of motion and flexibility, and help you to relieve stress.
Flow style of Yoga incorporates energetic movement through a series of yoga postures where the student experiences a sense of fluid physical motion.
It is a hardcore, fun fitness class that incorporates interval training with pop music, and intense easy-to-follow fitness choreography.
